This is my absolute favorite store they are always so kind and have good deals on items I've never left disappointed I've only ever bought items from here never tried to sell anything didn't realize that was an option I'll keep that in mind the only downside is having to put stuff in bags to carry around but it makes sense not having much space but I always recommend this store💜 please come to Bristol we need a good store we don't have one here and sometimes it's not easy for me to go to Kingsport but I make the drive once a month because it is worth it so thank you for being the best around

The Kingsport location is smaller but the customer service is so much better than the JC location. The employees are so nice and helpful.

This is a really convenient place for parents/grandparents to sell their children’s unwanted toys, clothes, shoes, baby equipment and so much more! We tend to sell, but have also bought from Once Upon A Child, as well. The employees usually tend to be nice, but other then that, we really haven’t had a problem here.

There's a large selection of clothes at very reasonable prices. Finding what you want/need does depend on what they have at the time.

LOVE this store! The staff was super nice and very helpful. They offered to put my items behind the counter as I shopped and even helped me out to my car when I was finished. I also was so excited at all the great stuff I got for such great prices! Definitely will shop here often.
